The Bush presidency was a black stain upon America.  Nobel Peace Prize winning Obama has made it worse.  Our government can now extra-judicially murder Americans both abroad and at home with impunity with the stroke of a bureaucrat's pen.  

And if we take them alive, we can now get them to confess to anything via a well researched torture program.  Indeed, how are we to believe any confession as not having been government manufactured though pain and terror.  And the willing accomplices of the three branches of government and their media and corporate lackeys grease the way for ever expanding roles for torture and murder to resolve threats to government plans.
