NONE OF THIS ACTUALLY HAPPENED -- That's the response I was hopping to get from Mike, not: "It's legal" (meaning, I guess that it's okay). What about morality? What about unintended consequences, like providing motive for more suicide bomber recruitments? Wasn't your goal security for Israel? And what happened to your case that Palestinians wanted to "slaughter Jews"? I'm listening, but it doesn't seem the evidence is falling in your favor.
Again, just because some old coots wrote this down in some book doesn't mean the law is valid.
Tom et all: I don't have to prove my assertion at best you all need to approve yours. If you all wish to remain in denial, that's your choice. Otherwise, just like believers are the ones who have to prove the existence of God, you all need to prove Israel is the aggressor in the middle east conflicts.
You all can do your own research. I am not going to do it for you. You all wish to remain on the wrong side of the issue, be my guest. I will await your concession of the correctness of my stance in due time.

I reeeeeeally hate to point out the super doooper obvious here, but the dictionary says:

So, in every sense from the obvious to the technical, Israel is definitely now in the holocaust business.
Another really obvious one: Hitlers actions were legal in exactly the same sense of Israels acts. So they were OK too? Find me one sense in which the Third Reich's relationship to and compliance with international law differs substantively from that of Israel's. You can rule out territorial expansion by military force. Ghetto. We have "papers please" for both. Both are a racially motivated Reich. Both proclaim their race and creed as the supreme, exclusive one destined to rule over the other [inferior] races. Many Israelis refer to "dirty Arab animals" in almost exactly the same way many Germans referred to "dirty Jews". Want ten more parallels? No prob. You can start with these.
