One should not innocently believe what an Arab propagandist says about Israel without checking out the story.

Even a cursory search of the Internet will show countless examples of Palestinians in Gaza firing rockets (6000 of them, before Israel finally retaliated) at Israel from inside schools, hospitals and private homes.  There are even more examples of Palestinian terrorists using innocent civilians as human shields.  If a terrorist is shooting at you while holding an infant as a body-shield, it's rather difficult to shoot him without hitting the infant -- though there's ample evidence that the Israelis have tried.

More to the point, as our troops in Iraq and Afghanistan have discovered, Arab terrorists almost never wear identifiable uniforms.  They dress and pose as civilians, and hide among civilian crowds while firing guns or rockets, or setting off bombs.  This is in direct violation of the Geneva Conventions, and therefore sets them outside its protections.

As for Israel's bombs containing "toxic" and "carcinogenic" chemicals, why, so do *all* explosives.  Note that there's no mention of portions of Israel's soil that have been "contaminated" with those same chemicals from Palestinian rockets.  Likewise, while those Israeli Air Force bombers could not "see" their targets directly, they used aerial cameras and telescopes to "see" the targets for them, which is common practice in all modern military forces.

What all this shows is that Israel is far from being a "rogue" state, but that Arab propagandists are very good at manipulating naive Liberals, in politics or in the media.
