Why start expurgating on the innocent children of fence jumpers who are natural born citizens of this country? Start from their parents, the "illegals" themselves. They are citizenship dodgers, so is reportedly Barack Hussein Obama who in fact became President of the United States.

Such a bill would only be a feel-good law.  Arizona does NOT, nor does any other State, confer U.S. citizenship on an individual.  Citizenship is granted/recognized by a Federal law known as the U.S. Constitution/Bill of Rights.

Until constitutional law is changed any child born in Arizona, whether to illegal parents or American citizen parents, is a U.S. citizen, unless that child is born under diplomatic immunity.

Pearce is feeling his populist oates.

Try to "prove" your citizenship when you are 18 if you have no birth certificate at all.

To # 15689 … Requiring to prove citizenship when you have no birth certificate and you are 18 is logical. But if the President of the United States can’t prove it either – or ignore the requirement for aliens to run for election to become president of this mightiest country on the planet – why shouldn’t "illegals" laugh at this requirement? With Obama as their landmark precedent, you can neither arrest them nor haul them to jail. What’s the use, you can’t bring them to court and win for as along as Obama is their president or their precedent … get it?

So what would the cops do? Pretend that they were hunting wild boars [to me just wild bores] and shoot each one of them accidentally? A safari of head hunters in Arizona feathering their political nest are trying to make this accidental shooting legal, get it?
