This is a good question.  And it may very well be correct.  This tossed out the fundamental principle and Right that liberty is about the acquisition and unmolested ownership of private property.  After this any government can seize any private property for its own use. Carte blanc reason to revolt right there.  But it's all legal and proper as all government theft is.
