Deputy charged for dumping paralyzed man

A sheriff's deputy who was videotaped dumping a paralyzed man from a wheelchair onto a jailhouse floor has been charged with abuse of a disabled person, a third-degree felony, said Hillsborough County Sheriff David Gee.
