Due respect to Ernest,
Ronald (I don't recall ) Reagan may have had good intentions, However his trickle down ploy for wealthy did not filter down to anyone.
This actor was good at his acting as president, a lot better than his films.
It's a shame that people believe the propaganda of his being a good president. He got his orders just like the rest of his ilk.
He was anxious to toe the mark when one of Secret Service agents fell on him at the attempt on his life (so called) by a patsey. The agent was the one who shot Reagan, who admitted ,he felt no pain until the agent fell on him.
Nothing in politics happens by accident !
