The libertarianism that was the foundation of the Libertarian Party was sacrificed on the altar of "pick me, pick me". This was very much the case during the 80's when Melinda was inside watching as the wife of a man very much involved in the erosion. I'm glad to hear that she is writing a book about here experiences. It will fill in many holes that will help newbies understand what happened and why with the libertarian movement as a political party,... and how politics bring out the worst sort of people. I also hope it is instructive on the traits to look for so that informed choices can be made, because history is repeating itself.
