Riding 4,100 miles of the Lewis & Clark Trail. Epic, historical, incredible scenery, retracing their original route from 1804 to 1805.
Start in St. Louis, Missouri and end at Fort Clatsop, Astoria, Oregon, mouth of the Columbia River.
Dates: June 6 through August 10th…give or take a week.
Fully loaded, self-contained touring bikes.
Maximum of six riders. Easy going, dynamic, fun veteran riders.
You will be pictured on the front cover of the book: Bicycling the Lewis & Clark Trail in the 21st Century. Subtitle: A Ride into History
I will be using observations from Patrick Gasse, Joseph Whitehouse and Sgt. Ordway's journals 200 years ago and my observations 200 years later.
