Shifting over time from one part of the world to another, key world hot spots are made-in-the-USA with hegemonic aims in mind.

Commenting on escalating Biden regime threats to world peace, China's official People's Daily slammed hegemon USA's "addiction to war," calling its geopolitical agenda "the greatest source of risks to global peace and stability."

Its pockmarked history reflects "constant wars of aggression and imperial expansion."

Throughout the post-WW II period, the vast majority of conflicts worldwide were made-in-the-USA.

Its ruling regimes are the greatest threat to world peace and humanity's survival, undemocratic Dems most of all.

Exceeding the worst of its predecessors, the current one empowered represents an unparalleled threat to most everyone everywhere.

Even the pro-war, pro-imperial dominance NYT expressed concern months earlier, saying "if any power sought world domination, coercing others and flouting rules, it was the" USA. 

Flagrantly breaching core UN Charter principles, the US unjustifiably justifies meddling in the internal affairs of other countries with hegemonic aims in mind.

At home, its fantasy democracy runs things, the real thing banned and not tolerated anywhere abroad.

The People's Daily minced no words, saying the following:

"The international community must put the US under a war origins-tracing investigation, for investigating the evil consequences of the wars willfully waged by the US and holding the drivers behind the wars accountable is the requirement of international justice and the international community's responsibility to history and future generations."

Biden regime hardliners are pushing things for conflict with Russia, China, Iran and other nations from US control.

On Thursday, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said key issues are "at a deep impasse and…cannot be resolved because of…lack of US cooperation."

On the same day, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said greater US/Western militarization of Ukraine left resolution of East/West differences at impasse, including Kiev's forever war on Donbass, adding:

December 7 and 8 talks among Contact group countries Russia, France, Germany, Britain, Italy and the US "ended in nothing."

"Instead of fulfilling their obligations under the Minsk (I and II conflict resolution agreements), the Kiev regime simply imitates the process, avoids a direct dialogue with Donetsk and Lugansk, and tries to shift the responsibility for the stall on Russia, (that's serving as) a mediator in the negotiations process."

The US-dominated West and colonized Ukraine prioritize forever war on Donbass over resolution.

Russia's envoy to the Contact Group Boris Gryzlov slammed US vassal state Ukraine, saying:

"After (a) pause, requested by (Kiev) to study meaningful proposals by Donetsk and Lugansk and to prepare a reciprocal document, (its) delegation once again demonstrated incompetence." 

Its (US-controlled) representatives continued a rough imitation of negotiations, persistently dodging all attempts to coordinate with Donetsk and Lugansk any practical decisions concerning present-day ceasefire observation challenges."

At the same time, they presented "absolutely absurd proposals."

"A clear example was the Ukrainian delegation's initiative to reform the Joint Center for Control and Coordination by the end of the day, by including Germany and France." 

"Despite the Donbass delegation's reasoning, Ukrainian representatives insisted on this ludicrous proposal, demonstrating total disregard for the lives of their citizens on both sides of the line of contact."

"Under those circumstances, Donetsk, Lugansk and the OSCE considered it impossible to continue negotiations. We understand the decision."

The Foreign Ministry of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) made similar comments to the above, saying:

"To our deep regrets, the emergency meeting of the Contact Group produced absolutely no result." 

"Ukraine failed to fulfill any promises made" the previous day.

"We became absolutely convinced that their plans (are) in no way related to ceasefire."

The Ukrainian delegation's statement contained "nothing but absurd, stillborn proposals and vague wording."

Hegemon USA-dominated NATO and vassal state Ukraine want perpetual war in Donbass along Russia's border.

Resolution is off the table.

At the same time, their ruling regimes falsely blame Russia for their own high crimes of war, against humanity and other flagrant breaches of international law.

Addressing a Council for the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights meeting on Thursday, Vladimir Putin minced no words, saying the following:

"You and I know what is happening in Donbass. It certainly looks like genocide" against its people in harm's way,

Separately, Zakharova also said that Ukraine is building up larger numbers of troops along the border of Donbass.

What's going on is fully endorsed by US-dominated NATO.

Their ruling regimes are pouring heavy "weapons into Ukraine" with escalated aggression on Donbass in mind.

As usual, the Biden regime turned reality on its head, White House spokeswoman Psaki falsely saying the following:

"(A)ggression is on the Russian side (sic). The military buildup is on the Russian side (sic)."

"The Russians are known for their rhetorical escalations (sic), as they are also known for their ways of providing misinformation around the world and within eastern flank countries (sic)."

Following Thursday talks by the fake Biden with US-installed Kiev puppet Zelensky and key NATO partners, a White House statement said the Dem regime is "commit(ted) to transatlantic security (sic) and…NATO's Article 5."

It considers an armed attack (real or otherwise) against one or more alliance members, an attack against all. 

In talks with so-called Bucharest Nine (B9) countries Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, and Bulgaria, the White House imposter promised more heavy weapons for Kiev — what he called "additional military capabilities," including to B9 countries with escalated war in mind.

Biden regime hardliners, subservient NATO regimes and vassal state Ukraine have no intention of shifting from a war to conflict resolution footing.

Do they have WW III in mind?

A Final Comment

At a time of dangerously heightened tensions, RT reported the following on Thursday:

A Ukrainian vessel provocatively headed for "pass(ing) through Russian territorial waters off the coast of Crimea on Thursday…"

"(I)gnor(ing) warnings to turn around, (it) head(ed) for the Kerch Strait (despite (no) permission to pass through the Russian-controlled Kerch-Yenikalsky canal" between the Black Sea and Sea of Azov.

As a Russian vessel headed toward intercepting it, the Ukrainian ship reversed course before entering Russian waters.

A statement by Russia's FSB said "(w)e view the actions of Ukrainian ship's crew as provocative and a threat to the safety of navigation."

The above is one of the latest anti-Russia provocations orchestrated by Biden regime hardliners in cahoots with NATO and Kiev.

It surely won't be the last one.
