Biden Regime Hardliners Killed the JCPOA Nuclear Deal

Interventionist Blinken and other dominant Biden regime hardliners were never serious about returning to JCPOA compliance.

Since usurping power by election rigging, they've gone all-out to kill the landmark agreement while pretending otherwise.

No chance exists for reviving it in its original form, nor in any form, according to the rule of law and fairness.

On Thursday according to Haaretz, CIA director William Burns reportedly told Naftali Bennett regime officials that chances of the US returning to JCPOA compliance are virtually nil.

Haaretz said Bennett regime hardliners reinvented Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi as unstable and untrustworthy (sic).

According to Israel's Channel 12, Mossad falsely accused him of being mentally unbalanced (sic).

The above characterizations apply to dominant US/Western/Israeli hardliners, not nonbelligerent Iran, its leadership and other officials.

Last month, the Wall Street Journal reported that Biden regime hardliners were weighing whether to sanction (legitimate) Iranian oil sales to China — "as a way to encourage Tehran (sic) to conclude a nuclear deal and raise the costs of abandoning stalled negotiations (sic)."

On Friday, the US Treasury's office of foreign assets control (OFAC) announced new illegal sanctions on Iran, saying:

It targeted "individuals and businesses involved in an international oil smuggling network (sic) that supports Iran's IRGC-QF," adding: 

"OFAC's action targets foreign broker Mahmood Rashid Amur Al Habsi, who partnered with senior IRGC-QF officials and used several companies to facilitate shipments of Iranian oil to foreign customers, including buyers in East Asia" — specifically China, Iran's legal right.

According to interventionist Blinken, Al Habsi used companies in different countries — two in Oman, one in Liberia, adding:

"The broker controls a company in Romania."

He "and those companies are being sanctioned pursuant to Executive Order 13224."

Issued by Bush/Cheney in September 2001, it responded to the US 9/11 mother of all false flags to that time.

Renewed annually, it targets the interests of invented US enemies as part of its war OF terror, not on it — including seizure and/or freezing of their assets.

According to OFAC director Andrea Backi's Big Lie:

"The IRGC-QF is using revenues from its Iranian petroleum sales to fund its malign activities (sic) at the expense of the Iranian people (sic)," adding:

These legitimate sales under international law "rely on key foreign intermediaries" because of US/Western war on Iran by other means, she failed to explain, instead saying:

The Biden regime "will continue to disrupt and expose anyone supporting" Iran's legal right to engage in international trade.

Citing no evidence, OFAC claimed "Al Habsi tampered with the automated identification systems onboard vessels, forged shipping documents, and paid bribes, circumventing (illegally imposed) restrictions" related to Iran.

The action and months of preceding ones continued Trump's maximum pressure on Iran.

It drove another stake through the JCPOA's heart.

After nearly seven months in office and six rounds of Iranian/E3 talks in Vienna — the US involved indirectly — it's clear that Biden regime hardliners want the landmark nuclear deal abandoned.

Indirectly or directly, the US hasn't negotiated in good faith since the neoliberal 90s.

It wants unacceptable additions to the JCPOA no responsible Iranian government would accept.

It intends posing illegal sanctions Iran's legitimate drone and ballistic missile programs.

All of the above intend to kill the JCPOA.

Virtually dead already, only its obituary remains to be published.

Straightaway in office and in subsequent months, Biden regime hardliners offered further proof that the US can never be trusted — that negotiating with its dominant hardliners is a waste of time whenever undertaken.
