Rutgers University: An Enemy of Public Health, a US Federal Law/Nuremberg Code Violator

On March 25, Rutgers said students arriving on campus this fall will be required to be jabbed for (seasonal flu-renamed) covid with (experimental, unapproved, hazardous) mRNA technology or vaccines.

"We are committed to health and safety for all members of our community (sic)," said university president Jonathan Holloway, adding:

Covid jabs "to our student immunization requirements will help provide a safer and more robust college experience for our students (sic).

He lied. So-called immunizations don't immunize. Just the opposite, including covid jabs. 

They pose a high risk of contracting diseases they're supposed to protect against — but don't.

Covid jabs with toxic experimental drugs risk serious harm to health or death — short-or-longer-term — while providing no protection.

Claims otherwise by Western governments, their public health handmaidens, Pharma, press agent media, university presidents, and others are bald-faced Big Lies.

Parents of children enrolled at Rutgers, who value their health and well-being, should disenroll them, sending them instead to an institution of higher learning that prioritizes the preservation of health, not its elimination like at Rutgers.

Holloway's mandate also ignored federal law.

Covid mRNA drugs and vaccines are experimental — unapproved by the FDA, given so-called emergency use authorization when no emergency exists.

So it was invented — along with fear-mongering produced mass hysteria over nothing — to mind-manipulate millions of Americans and others abroad to self-inflict harm.

That's what is going on, what Rutgers president ignored, supporting mass deception, jeopardizing the health and well-being of its student body — along with faculty and other staff, surely affected by the same unlawful/unacceptable mandate.

According to federal law, use of unapproved drugs, including vaccines, must be voluntary.

States, local communities, employers, schools, and other entities can't legally mandate their use.

The FDA's Fact Sheet for Pfizer's mRNA technology states:

"It is your choice to receive or not receive (it). Should you decide not to receive it, it will not change your standard medical care."

The same holds for experimental covid vaccines.

The Congressional Research Service states:

Private businesses (and other entities) are subject to civil liability unless they comply "with applicable directions, guidelines, or recommendations by the (HHS) secretary…"

Nuremberg Code principles affirm the following:

1. Voluntary consent on matters relating to human health is essential. Mandated participation in medical experiments is prohibited.

2. Procedures must yield positive results that benefit individuals and society.

3. Procedures must be based on positive experimentation results.

4. Physical and mental suffering are prohibited.

5. Whatever risks harm to health, death or disability is forbidden.

6. Risks taken should never exceed sought benefits.

7. Proper preparation in suitable facilities should precede procedures followed.

8. Only scientifically qualified individuals should conduct them.

9. At any time during treatment, individuals may cancel it at their discretion.

10. Scientifically qualified individuals involved must terminate procedures if too high a risk of harm to human health exists.

Mandating covid jabs with experimental, unapproved drugs flagrantly breaches US federal law and the Nuremberg Code.

Children's Health Defense founder and chief legal counsel Robert F. Kennedy Jr said the following by letter to Rutgers president Holloway:

"Federal law 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III) requires that the person to whom an EUA vaccine is administered be advised, 'of the option to accept or refuse administration of the product, of the consequences, if any, of refusing administration of the product, and of the alternatives to the product that are available and of their benefits and risks.' "

Consent of the individual is 'absolutely essential,' " Kennedy stressed.

Mandating what's experimental is a flagrant US federal law and Nuremberg Code breach.

Unless changed, unjabbed for covid members of Rutgers' student body will be barred from campus, its dorms, and classes.

According to Association of American Colleges and Universities president Lynn Pasquerella:

"I'm just starting to hear discussion about mandating vaccines, and everyone I've talked to has said that they are leaning in the direction of mandating vaccines not just with the students, but with faculty and staff, as well."

Going this way not only will breach federal law and the Nuremberg Code, it'll show flagrant indifference to human health, well-being, and the right to choose by campus community members.
