Another US-Staged CW Attack Coming in Syria?

Days earlier, chief of Russia's radiation, chemical and biological protection unit General Igor Kirillov said the following:

"The US, Britain, France and their allies have misled the international community…relying on fabrications to accuse Syria of violating the chemical weapons ban with Russian assistance."

He slammed the OPCW for flagrant Chemical Weapons Convention violations - conducting deceptive off-site investigations of alleged CW incidents, collecting so-called information from anti-government sources, acting "in direct contradiction to (CWC) provisions."

Remotely conducted investigations lack credibility. Kirillov also blasted the OPCW for turning a blind eye to a discovered Eastern Ghouta terrorist lab, containing over 40 metric tons of chlorine and other toxic chemicals.

In mid-June, Russian Defense Ministry spokesman General Igor Konashenkov said terrorists in Syria and US special forces are preparing a CW incident in Deir Ezzor province - to create another pretext for Pentagon-led terror-bombing on Syrian targets.

Chlorine-filled cylinders were delivered to the province, he said, ahead of another likely "chemical attack against civilians," adding:

"After being published in western media, a staged video is set to initiate a missile strike on Syria's state facilities by the US-led coalition and justify an offensive operation by militants against Syrian governmental forces on the eastern bank of the Euphrates River."

Separately on Sunday, Iranian Armed Forces spokesman General Abolfazl Shekarchi said a US cargo vessel, accompanied by a Pentagon warship, recently entered regional waters.

"Checking the records of the US cargo vessel MV Cape Ray revealed that the vessel had been present in the coasts near Iraq and Syria where the Americans had launched a military aggression under the pretext of the use of chemical weapons by those countries," he explained, adding:

The ship carries toxic chemicals. "We have…accurate details (about) the number of crew members and the chemicals cargo in their possession (to) be disclosed" ahead.

Is another US-staged CW incident coming in Syria to undermine Putin/Trump summit talks before they're held?

Do dark forces in Washington want anything positive in their discussions prevented? 

Or is another CW incident coming post-talks to undermine them after the fact, along with keeping the Syria pot boiling?
