Hi all.  It isn't often I send out a case, but this one warrants it.  My favorite appellate court judge, Judge Kozinski, reminds lower courts that criminal defendants are innocent until proven guilty and should be unshackled in court unless specific circumstances require it.  I wish he was on the Supreme Court.
