9.30pmEST - Come and Join Us on
the National Call!
PASS THIS FORWARD!
Think America is sinking and all
is lost?
THINK AGAIN.
Come on the Call and Learn how all
Americans who want constitutional
governance and the Rule of Law restored in
our States and across our Nation can
FINALLY COME TOGETHER, to get us back on
track, to hold government
accountable, not just through the
electoral process, but every day here on
in, professionally, rationally, legally
and peacefully.
WHAT DO Connecticut and New York
now have in common?
They are the first States to
establish a Constitution Lobby, Of, By and
For the People of their States. Entirely
independent organizations, but sharing
identical statement of purpose.
WHAT DO California, Indiana, Ohio,
Kentucky, Texas, Pennsylvania, Nebraska,
Kansas, Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa,
Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Oregon,
Rhode Island, and Virginia all have in
common? Citizens in these States are now
working towards doing the same.
WHAT ABOUT THE OTHERS? Perhaps
YOU are called to make it happen. Step up
and find out.
NOW IS THE TIME.
WE MUST MAKE OUR MAXIMUM EFFORT TO
PROTECT ALL THAT AMERICA STANDS FOR AND
MEANS, NOT ONLY TO US, BUT FOR FUTURE
GENERATIONS YET UNBORN WHO WILL LIVE FOR
THE WORDS: "YOU ARE FREE."
Stay well. Be Vigilant!

WE THE PEOPLE OF AMERICA
****
AN OVERVIEW OF THE VISION OF A PERMANENT
CONSTITUTION LOBBY ESTABLISHED IN EVERY
STATE IN AMERICA
A permanent institution
Of The People, By The People and For The
People established in each State, as a
non-partisan, not-for-profit Constitution
Lobby, for the purpose of holding all
elected and appointed officials accountable
to their local, state and federal
Constitutions;
The Constitution Lobby
in each state will be organized and managed
by a Coalition of state leaders of different
Constitution-oriented organizations, each
one a specialist in their own fields with
their own constituencies, but working
together as a team for the restoration and
maintenance of constitutional order;
The Constitution Lobby
in each state will share incorporating
principles, by-laws and standards of
operation with the other states and a
national entity aligned for the sole purpose
of protecting and defending the
Constitution;
The Constitution Lobby
will have a Board of Directors and Officers;
attorneys and appropriate support staff
interacting with a network of constitutional
monitors established throughout the state;
An institution having
the organization, power and financial muscle
to do whatever it takes to keep elected
officials within the boundaries the People
have drawn around their power, not only at
the state and local level, but as a national
body when needed;
An institution that
avoids all political questions and does not
rely on the electoral process to achieve
accountability in government. All
constitutional candidates for government
will soon be watching the activities of the
Lobby and the responsiveness of current
office holders;
An organization that
rallies People around our Creator-endowed,
Absolute Rights i.e. Life, Liberty,
Property and the Pursuit of Happiness, and
our guaranteed Subordinate Rights to protect
them, including the Right to Remedy and
Right to Petition for Redress, rather than
the promises and assurances of men. |

Hey Bob one more thing. You are and have been for many years at least trying to come up with real solutions which is way more than what I can say for most everyone else out there and in my opinion, no one has done more to try to rectify the enormous problems facing our society than you and I will continue to analysis, curtail and perhaps reconsider your ideas as I learn more about it's application and potential ramifications. I look forward to continuing dicussions on this all important matter. The protection of invidual rights, in my opinion, is the single most important issue facing our world and until we can do this to a substantive degree, the world will continue to be mired in conflict, war and resultant poverty. You are a ture patriot and great invidual and I am very proud to know you. Let's do this.
My Reply: You sound like a politicians talking the talk but with no real way of executing change or knowing what to change to. We cannot continue to allow just 9 people (the Supreme Court) to determine the rule of law for a country of 325+/- million people. The oligarchy has blocked almost everything that you, I and many others have tried to do and setting up a lobbying group might put some pressure on them but it will surely not curtail their various operations. The system is about ready to melt down and unless we have something superior to put in its place, we will get the same results over a again. The free market must take over the judiciary by instituting a direct democratically elected judiciary a the local level. A participatory republic in a sense but that is for the most part voluntary and unsalaried. I have detailed a plan athttp://rsjexperiment.wordpress.com that I think takes your idea to a higher level.
