The point about the Declaration of Independence, and the various Preambles is that they set Spirit of the Constitutions and Amendments in place. You can twist the meanings of all kinds of words in the Constitutions and Amendments. But if you twist them so that they no longer match the spirit of the Preambles and the Declaration of Independence, you are moving into treason.
