Just a thought... and I am not picking on any training or classes with this.
If a constitutional class or government class does not at least touch on "trust," it needs to change. Why? Because "trust" is the foundation of all relationships between people. And the relationships that people have is their government.
From the smallest governments - those of families - to the largest multinational democratic republics, nobody knows entirely what's in the heart and mind of anybody else. For government to work, there needs to be some form of, at least limited, trust.
The Constitution is a trust document.
In our automatic trusts that we have with the members of our families, or with the stranger we pass while walking down the sidewalk, if the "trust" isn't spelled out in the form of a written/spoken document, Government tries to take control of our lives through what is known as a "Constructive Trust." This is how Government messes with our lives when there doesn't seem to be any reason for it.
Look up "constructive trust" in the legal dictionaries and encyclopedias.
Why don't you show up tonight and ask him yourself:
