Look I am a pet owner I have a dog that I love dearly.  I also have grandchildren that I LOVE dearly.  Somehow I do not think it is my grandchildrens responsibility to get stuck with the tab for this even as much as I love animals.  Yet that is a bill being presented.  Here is a poll let them know your feelings on this issue.
