"Government" invasion of garbage causing ruckus near Superbowl

Written by Subject: Law Enforcers or Peace Officers
Have you ever gone out to your trash can sitting on the curb side to wheel it back in after the garbage has been picked up only to find a notice from some city inspector warning you for some infraction or another they found after inspecting your garbage.  The notices come in a hunter orange with various infractions to check off and are stapled to the top of the can.
Some wags have copied the cities and put their own flier on emptied trash cans and it has caused quite a stir.  The police say ignore that masked man behind the curtain.

At the top of the orange 4" by 14" flier (apparently these are left sticking out of the lid rather than being stapled on top) bears the logo of the Information Awareness Office.  A beautiful representation of the all seeing eye on top of a pyramid seeing the entirety of the world below.  This is a DARPA logo for the Office of Total Information Awareness now operated under different names.  The form notice says, "Sorry we missed you...While you were out, agent 4409 stopped by on behalf of..."[a whole litany of tyrannical three alphabet government agencies is available to be checked off] the Office of Total Information Awareness is checked.  "Because you were out, we decided to ...inspect your trash" is checked [from a wide variety of activities].  "As a result of our visit ... You are considered a "person of interest" and may be subject to monitoring, media harassment, etc."  Then at the bottom comes "Again, we are sorry we missed you, but rest assured, we know where you live.  For more information: www.AZTIPHOTLINE.INFO."  Ending with the seals of Homeland Security, Social Security and the Dept. of Justice.

All in all, a very nice job.  Hopefully, the perpetrators will offer the fliers for sale (sans the phone numbers -- according to the phone company the disconnected one belongs to the East Valley Tribune's Freedoms Communications and was just recently disconnected) by the thousands on eBay and Amazon.  These forms need to be placed on every community's garbage cans in America to remind them of what a bunch of merciless pirates the various governments and their enforcement apparatus have become.

It will be interesting to see if the implied threats by the police against the authors of these fliers are carried out.  It will be interesting if Title 42-1983 civil rights violations still carry weight in todays federal court houses, or if the First Amendment is just a toothless joke.

Residents shouldn't become alarmed by orange fliers that have been circulated in neighborhoods east of University of Phoenix Stadium, just days in advance of the Super Bowl, according to Glendale police.
