Nine boxes are seized from Boston office of Joe Biden's attorney, as probe into...

At least nine boxes of documents have been taken out of the Boston office of President Joe Biden's personal attorney as the investigation into the president's alleged mishandling of classified information continues.

The documents taken from Patrick Moore, Biden's lawyer and the First Assistant Attorney General of Massachusetts, have not yet been reviewed.

The information was revealed in a letter from the National Archives to Republican Senators Chuck Grassley and Ron Johnson.

'When NARA [National Archives and Records Administration] contacted President Biden's personal counsel on November 3, 2022, to arrange to pick up boxes from the Penn Biden Center in Washington, they informed NARA that Mr. Moore had moved other boxes from the Penn Biden Center to Mr. Moore's law firm in Boston,' the letter states, according to Fox News

The two conservatives had asked the archives on February 24 how and when they learned about the records that were sent from the Penn Biden Center - a think tank at the University of Pennsylvania where Biden held office space from 2017 to 2019 - to Moore's Office.

Debra Steidel Wall, the Acting Archivist of the United States, claimed the agency learned about it on November 3 of last year. The DOJ's office of the Inspector General learned the next day.

In the months since the documents were obtained, they have yet to be reviewed to discover if there are any actual classified documents in it.

'NARA staff retrieved nine boxes from Mr. Moore's Boston office,' Wall wrote. 'NARA has not reviewed the contents of the boxes found at Mr. Moore's Boston office.'
