United States Army Psychological Operations (PSYOP) Soldiers disseminate critical information to allies and adversaries in combat situations. PSYOP can also be interchangeable referred to as MISO, which stands for Military Information Support Operations. All Army PSYOP soldiers are Airborne qualified, having attended the U.S. Army Jump School. With a lengthy and challenging pipeline, they also receive foreign language training, and have to take the DLAB (Defense Language Aptitude Battery) test.
