Polygamist sect's 416 children to remain in state custody

• AP
A judge in Texas rules that the children might face sexual abuse if they returned home. Sect members [including the children] are ordered to provide DNA samples for maternity and paternity tests. [What 5th Amendment?]

To the best of my knowledge, there is no dispute over whom the mothers are, only the fathers. So why the question over maternal parentship? CPS launches a armed invasion of the church property, grabs all the kids, then grabs all the women, then grabs all the men [and of course RICOs the property]. The invasion is authorized based upon a long distance call from Arizona to the Texas CPS office by a woman claiming to be a sexually abused 16 year old girl. Any excuse to invade polygamists. They get great media coverage, 416 new prisoners in their system and church assets condemned. Now that is budget justification if I ever saw it.
