I've been working in health for nearly 25 years. I qualified in intensive care nursing which gave me a great understanding of how the body works.

I worked in many other areas of general nursing but found myself gravitating towards the area of mental health with a focus on addiction treatment and then acute mental health, that is the very serious side of the field.

I had a few breaks in between and sold real estate, embarked on self development courses and became a Scuba Dive Instructor.

Over the 20 years in the mainstream health industry, I became steadily more and more disillusioned with the misinformation and harmful treatment that I witnessed…

From harmful and deadly medications being given inappropriately to outrageous so-called advice and the blatant disregard of therapies and interventions which are highly effective, I felt I was unable to effectively battle a broken system any longer.

I've seen people of all ages that could have been effectively treated, turned into sick and dependent 'patients' destined to be trapped in a vicious cycle of pill taking and useless appointments. Towards the end of my time in mainstream health, my goal was to ensure my clients avoided seeing a doctor. And I had spectacular results. My clients mostly did not return and on follow-up, they were making incredible progress.

Just about everything we have been told about health has been led by the corporate greed of pharmaceutical companies.

Not only that, but genuine cures and treatments have been suppressed and criminalised.

Once you can understand this, a whole different world opens up for you. One in which you can live being the best version of yourself, both physically and mentally. And the process is simple.

I believe that everyone has the capacity to fully heal from just about anything. It is a case of detoxifying, replenishing with the correct intake and unlocking powerful innate healing abilities which we all have.

I have the knowledge and experience to help you or someone you know avoid the pitfalls and dangers of the medical system using psychological, physical and nutritional strategies.
