Putin Speaks to Biden's Impersonator
by Stephen Lendman (stephenlendman.org - Home - Stephen Lendman)
Cognitively impaired, unelected, figurehead Biden hardly ever appears in public or interfaces with world leaders — virtually or otherwise.
Largely uninvolved in affairs of state, things are done in his name, not by him.
A hollow shadow of his former self, he can no remember names, dates, places and other information.
Nor can he complete a sentence without mumbling and bumbling, at times incoherently.
Most often, Kamala Harris represents the regime he nominally heads in dealings with world leaders — perhaps in most other ways behind the scenes.
How much longer the charade can go on is an open question — perhaps as long as establishment media go along with it.
Instead of truth and full disclosure on key domestic and geopolitical issue, they stick to state-approved talking points.
The official falsified narrative suppresses what's most important for everyone to know.
That said, a conversation took place between Vladimir Putin and someone representing hollow Joe on Tuesday.
According to a White House readout, the Biden regime will "defen(d) (US) national issues in response to Russia(n) cyber intrusions and election interference (sic)" — no evidence indicates ever occurred.
Hardliners in charge of Biden's foreign policy stress their "unwavering commitment to Ukraine's" Nazi-infested fascist dictatorship — installed by the Obama/Biden regime in 2014.
Whoever spoke to Putin from Washington on Tuesday said the US "called on Russia to deescalate tensions (sic)" — escalated by Biden regime hardliners and Ukraine's pro-Western puppet president Zelensky.
A Russia/US summit meeting was proposed "in the coming months to discuss the full range of issues facing the United States and Russia."
If held, it'll be virtual, someone representing Biden, not hollow Joe, involved.
Hardliners in charge of the Biden regime's geopolitical agenda have no interest whatever in establishing and maintaining "a stable and predictable relationship with Russia" — just the opposite.
According to a Kremlin readout, "(t)he current (dismal) state of Russia-US relations and certain pressing items on the international agenda were discussed in detail."
Putin and whoever represented Biden agreed "to continue the dialogue on the critical areas of ensuring global security…"
"When exchanging opinions on the domestic Ukrainian crisis, Vladimir Putin outlined approaches to a political settlement rooted in the Minsk Package of Measures."
The Kremlin readout excluded remarks that expressed Putin's concern about escalated — US-orchestrated — conflict along Russia's border with Ukraine.
Since replacing democracy in Kiev with US-controlled fascist tyranny, undemocratic Dems and Republicans rejected conflict resolution along the contact line between Ukraine and Donbass.
A permanent state of war exists near Russia's borders.
Escalated by the Zelensky regime in recent weeks — following orders from his US handlers — possible full-scale conflict may erupt ahead, what militant Russophobes in Washington may have in mind.
Separately on Tuesday, Russia's Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu said the following:
Around "40,000 (US-controlled NATO) troops and 15,000 items of armament and military hardware, including strategic aircraft…are moving towards Russian borders."
"The basic forces are being amassed in the Black Sea area and in the Baltic region."
"US force groupings are being reinforced in Poland and the Baltic states."
"The American 'four thirties' concept has been adopted and is being implemented and the intensity of air reconnaissance has grown twofold and naval reconnaissance by 50% compared to last year."
"The alliance annually holds up to 40 large operational training measures of a clearly anti-Russian bias in Europe."
"In the spring of this year, the NATO allied forces launched Defender Europe 2021 drills, the largest exercise over the past 30 years."
If Russia or China engaged in anything remotely like the above near US borders, the risk of global war would be ominously high.
A Final Comment
On April 13, the press agency of the Donetsk People's Republic in Donbass said the following:
"We again state the fact of Ukraine's unwillingness to begin substantive work on the established agenda" to resolve years of conflict.
"In another backslide to senseless blackmail and manipulation, Ukrainian representatives derailed the session of the working group on political issues today."
Donetsk officials proposed options to break years of deadlock — rejected by Kiev on orders from Biden regime hardliners.
They want endless conflict, not resolution, along Russia's border.
A similar scenario is in play near China's border in the Taiwan Strait and South China Sea.
Biden regime hardliners are playing with fire.
Their recklessness risks global war by accident or intent.
That's where things are heading if they keep pushing the envelope too far.
