Paul Crudele asks: "What did Hank know and when did he know it?" If Paulson passed any of those thoughts on to people who could (and did) profit from it, then that would have been very illegal inside information.

After getting a two race deal from K&N Filters, Benson's team continued on without sponsorship.

Then Johnny Benson found some sponsorship. It was a gun company. The name was undisclosed, and Benson and the team submitted it to NASCAR for approval.

NASCAR came back and told Benson that the sponsor was disapproved.

Would you like to rent/hire a so called Patriot? Do you have $81,000? Well if you do you too may be able to rent/hire Glenn beck to come to your town to speak. A true Patriot would donate his or her time. And considering the amount of money Beck makes he can easily donate his time.

I have now read for a second time the testimony of the apparently credible Sibel Edmonds.Based on her testimony, the only conclusion one can reach is that a Turkish government spy ring, perhaps acting for the interests of Turkey, perhaps as a cutout spy ring acting for the interests of another country or some combination of both, has infiltrated, in a massive way, "high levels of the United States government".We are talking about the Pentagon, the State Department and Congress. It is mind boggling that there is not major league front page coverage. 24 hour cable coverage. I repeat, a very credible person who was an FBI contract worker assigned to listen in on the wire tapped conversations of Turkish spies says that those spies have penetrated the Pentagon, the State Department and Congress. (please check out his other articles as well another relates to this)

Before I hit you with my account of this Sunday's evening service at Tempe's Faithful Word Baptist Church -- home to Obama-death-wish preacher Steven Anderson, and his spritual follower, AR-15-toter and Obama-hater Christopher Broughton -- I should run down some significant points picked up during my post-service chats with both.

First off, despite what some analysts suggested on CNN's Rick Sanchez show this Friday, August 28, Anderson insisted to me that he had not been paid any visits by the U.S. Secret Service. Broughton specifically denied that the Secret Service or any other law enforcement agency, such as the FBI, had spoken with him. However, both men stated that Broughton, who's now infamous for appearing with a loaded AR-15 outside where President Obama was speaking to the VFW on August 17, was present at Pastor Anderson's service the night before, for the sermon where Anderson hoped the President of the United Stat

Rick Sanchez plays portions of a sermon given by Pastor Steven Anderson from a Tempe, AZ, church, given the day before President Obama arrived for a town hall meeting. Anderson's sermon was titled "Why I Hate Barack Obama." He says the President "deserves to die" for supporting abortions, and should "melt like a snail."

According to "a CNN source with very close ties to the Secret Service," death threats against President Obama have risen. Sanchez calls it a "deeply disturbing trend that is taking place in our country."

Incidentally, it was also confirmed that the man who carried a gun to that same Obama event was in attendance at that sermon.

The court’s action, in late July in the midst of a drawn-out battle in the Senate over Mr. Sarney’s future, immediately raised cries of censorship. It was widely seen here as a setback after important strides in removing restrictions to a free press, including a decision in April by Brazil’s Supreme Court to strike down a dictatorship-era law that imposed harsh penalties for slander and libel.

Source: Corbett Report.  In an interview released today by Digg and the Wall Street Journal, Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner was pressured about the growing popular movement to Audit the Fed spearheaded by Texas Congressman Ron Paul. A visibly uncomfortable Geithner attempts to dismiss the question by stating "I'm sure people understand that you want to keep politics out of monetary policy." When Geithner is again pressed on the issue, he makes the stunning assertion that conducting an audit of the Federal Reserve—something never before done in its 96 year history—is a "line that we don't want to cross," proclaiming that such a move would be "problematic for the country."

It looks like the government is preparing to come to the rescue of the mainstream media. You know the media that is soooo last century and getting its head handed to it by the media of the 21st century. The Feds are preparing to use the Federal Trade Commission, copyright and tax laws to attack the new media outlets.   It seems the corporate state is willing to go to any length to preserve those outlets that unquestioningly parrot the government's lies.

In an interview with AM 1280 on Saturday, Rep. Michele Bachmann announced that she will have Rep. Ron Paul as her guest for a September town hall forum in St. Cloud.

“I’ll be doing another town hall up in the St. Cloud area in September and we’ll do that on monetary policy. Ron Paul is going to come in and we are going to host something on monetary policy,” Bachmann said.

Bachmann is a convert to the Ron Paul movement, sometimes attending the congressman’s weekly lunches.

“I especially want to speak to the 19- to 20-year olds so they can know what there future will be under this level of debt accumulation and spending,” she added about the forum. “They need to know their future. And so I’m bringing him in so we can have a discussion on monetary policy.”

Think of it as a bellwether: National Public Radio interviews some dork from the Southern Poverty Law Center about the new rise of militias. Folks, our own Ernest Hancock, Chris, and the New Hampshire guy are the sole impetus for this calculated propaganda move.
Here's a sample:

MARTIN: What defines a militia group?

Mr. POTOK: Well, essentially these are groups that, as you suggested, have a very extreme anti-government belief. They typically see the government as a sort of agent of the New World Order that the elites who run the government are leading this country into a kind of socialistic one world government in which Americans will lose their rights and liberties. And it's a movement, you know, very animated by conspiracy theories. The idea, for instance, that FEMA has a secret set of concentration camps built around the country, you know, in order to throw good, patriotic Americans and so on." I.e., people who pay attention?

Libertarian Talker Pulls Big Publicity Coup. Phoenix-based talk host and libertarian activist Ernest Hancock took the media for a ride as the orchestrator of the “man with the assault rifle at the Obama health care rally.” By now you’ve seen video of “Chris,” the well-dressed black man with the rifle over his shoulder being interviewed by Hancock at the recent Phoenix event. CNN’s Rick Sanchez ran with the story as did other media outlets questioning why someone would need to have a loaded rifle at a rally where the president was appearing. That’s legal in Arizona and Hancock later admitted to Sanchez on CNN that they told the police they would be there and it was indeed designed to bring attention to Second Amendment rights. Hancock’s “Declare Your Independence” show is available on the internet and several terrestrial stations. Hancock also operates the libertarian-oriented news portal and website freedomsphoenix.com.

Big Hollywood

So on Tuesday, we did a segment on this black dude who showed up in Arizona where Barack Obama was speaking – with an assault weapon and a pistol strapped to his shoulder. We all pretty much agreed, that despite his actions being legal, it was still idiotic. There are many things in life that are legal, but totally nuts if done at the wrong time. For example, when I shower I’m completely naked – no law against that. However, try showing up nude at a Jonas Brothers lunch box signing – that’s another story (I blame it on the Ambien).videos

I imagine many of you have seen this by now. Several conservative bloggers, including Hot Air, RedState, and NewsBusters, have taken MSNBC to task for not identifying a man with a gun at an Obama event as an African-American in a segment that discussed the "racial overtones" of those packing heat at presidential town halls. A combination of fancy editing and fast talking, both done stupidly because it's MSNBC (If a moron can make it in this business, hey, why not you?). As expected, MSNBC just sloughs it off:

In case you missed it, about a dozen men with guns showed up at an Obama healthcare rally in Phoenix this Monday, at least one of them carrying a semi-automatic rifle.

The man packing the AR-15 (a really big gun)--identified only as "Chris B"--was interviewed by libertarian radio show host and publisher of libertarian site Freedoms Phoenix Ernie Hancock (pictured, who was also carrying a gun at the time of the interview). When asked why he was carrying a weapon, Chris B. responded, "Because I can do it. In Arizona, I still have some freedoms."

Chris B. also said that he "always carried a gun," except when showering, of course, when he'd "put it on the sink."

Eeek.

As it turns out, the entire interview was staged by Hancock, a long-time acquaintance of "Chris B," whom he'd met while working on presidential hopeful Ron Paul's campaign.
