U. S. Senate passes NDAA of 2013 by 98–0 vote

The only differencefrom that of 2012 is that Congressmust approve an arrestbefore it is made.    Thusthe Congress has again violated the U. S. Constitution by taking warrant authority away from the courts and giving it to itself..  Of course this is a ridiculous change.  Congress will either not discuss the issue or it will.  If it does, the intended victim will have plenty of time to escape.   The House had previously passedthe bill by a large majority.

Boy, 10, tasered by police

A police officer has appearedin court after it is alleged he usedhis Taser gun on a 10-year-old schoolboywho refused to cleanhis patrol car.

OfficerChris Webb is accusedof saying to the boy he would be shown 'what happensto people who do not listen to police' during the event at Tularosa Intermediate School in New Mexico.     He  is  then  reported to  havefired  the  50,000-volt weapon at the boy.

Rachel Higgins,  legal  representative for  the  seven-stone boy, known only as RD, told Santa Fe County Court he had been suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder since the incident on May 4.

According to  the  complaint filed  on  behalfof  the  boy:

'Defendant Webb asked the boy, RD, in a group of boys, who would like to clean his patrol unit.  'A number of boys said that

they would.RD, joking, said that he did not want to clean the patrol unit.'

Webb is accused of responding by aiming his Taser at the childbefore saying: 'Let me show you what happens to people who do not listen to the police.'He then allegedly stunned RD.

The  complaint  continued: 'Instead  of  calling  emergency medical personnel, Officer Webb pulledout the barbs and took theboy to the school principal's office.'

RD’s scars were described in court as similar to those of cigarette burns and Higginstold the court he was suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder.    Shesaid: 'The boy,  RD, has woken up in the middle of the night holding his chest, afraid he is never goingto wake up again.'

Higgins  added:  'No   reasonable  officer  confronting  a situation  where  the  need  for  force  is  at  its  lowest,  on  a playground with elementary age children, would have deployed the Taser  in  so  reckless a  manneras  to  cause  physical  and psychological injury.

Both the New Mexico Department of Public Safetyand Webb  are  being  sued,  with  Higgins  looking  for  punitive damages  for  R.D  for  battery,  failure  to  arrange  emergency medical  care,  excessive  force,  negligent  hiring,  training, supervision and retentionand unreasonable seizure.

The case continues.

There ain't no voterfraud and this proves it.

The Sundayedition of the Columbus Dispatch, in which readers were informed that “more than one out of every five registered Ohio votersis probably ineligible to vote.”

Furthermore, “in two counties,the number of registered voters   actually   exceeds  the   voting   age   population: Northwestern Ohio’s Wood County shows 109 registered voters for every 100 eligible, while in Lawrence County along the Ohio River it’s a mere 104 registered per 100 eligible.”    31 more counties in Ohio report over 90 percent voter registration, which isa good 20 percent higherthan the nationalaverage.    The Buckeye  State  sure  is  civic-minded!     Well,  except  that  1.6 million of the 7.8 millionregistered voters in the state haven’t votedin at least four years.  So I guess they were civicminded, once upon a time.

One Coloradocounty had a 140% of the population cast votes. NOT 140% of the registered voters...140% of the total population!   Another in Colorado had 109% of the population cast votes.   Sure don'twant to disenfranchise those minorities like Holder said wouldhappen if you hadvoter ID.

Nationwide,  the  Pew  Center  for  the  States  estimates about 24 million ineligible voterregistrations, including “more than 1.8 million dead people listed as voters; about 2.75  million with voter registrations in more than one state; and about 12 million voter records with incorrect addresses, meaning either the voters moved or errors in the information make it unlikely any mailings can reach them.”
