This Waxes Ridiculous: Illegal Alien Family Suing Denver for $6 Million

The illegal alien family of Odiceo Valencia, also an illegal criminal alien, filed suit against the City of Denver for shooting the father after he attacked police with a knife on May 17, 2008.  Denver Post journalist Daniel J. Chacon reported, “Family seeks $5.9 million in killing by Denver cops”, February 17, 2008.

“…an investigation by the District Attorney concluded that Valencia committed ‘suicide by cop’,” reported Chacon. “But Valencia’s family argues that Valencia, who had cocaine, amphetamine and alcohol in his system when he was shot, wasn’t armed with the knife when officers opened fire.”

However, the following factors need to be considered:

Valencia was an illegal alien, confirmed by DHS-ICE. The wife is an illegal alien, confirmed by DHS-ICE.

Due to use of recreational drugs, the couple had disagreements. The man was an abusive alcoholic. The woman sought and obtained a "no-contact" order against the man. Valencia disobeyed the Court Order, visiting his wife on a Sunday.  Someone called the cops, but he left... in a hurry.  He returned, drunk, and brandished a large knife at the cops. Days after the shooting, insiders called it "Suicide by Cop."   The illegal alien  couple used fraudulent-ID to unlawfully to obtain a mortgage which is insured by the U. S. Government, which is a felony.

To recap;

-  Valencia crossed the international border unlawfully.
-  She crossed the international border unlawfully.
-  He remained in the USA unlawfully.
-  She remained in the USA unlawfully.
-  He purchased fraudulent-ID for himself.
-  She purchased fraudulent-ID for herself.
-  He obtained a job with fraudulent-ID, a felony.
-  They have three children; YOU paid the birth bills (more than $30K)
-  The children are enrolled in K-12 schools; YOU pay $8K per kid per year for that education.
-  They broke many laws, using fraudulent-ID to buy and mortgage a home.
-  He drank himself into a rage and tempted a cop to shoot him, brandishing a LARGE knife menacingly.

Of course the widow (illegal alien) hired an attorney and sued YOU for $6 million.

Further, Denver Mayor Hickenlooper maintained his ‘Sanctuary Policy’ that allowed Valencia to remain in Denver because he enjoyed immunity from arrest, prosecution and deportation. Additionally, Governor Ritter, refuses to enforce three of the major laws enacted in August of 2006 to rid the state of illegal criminal aliens.

The most critical is the Secure and Verifiable ID of 2003.

Tancredo calls Denver 'sanctuary city' again
10/17/2008 - DENVER—Retiring Colorado congressman Tom Tancredo is continuing his criticism of the state's policies on illegal immigration, calling on Gov....

Denver employers, knowing they could subvert hiring laws, hired Valencia over the years in violation of federal laws.  Forgers gave Valencia stolen ID papers.  Valencia fathered three children paid for by Colorado taxpayers.

In the end, Coloradans find themselves not represented by the leaders they elected into office. While they pay for Hickenlooper’s and Ritter’s salary, neither man stands up for the law.  Thus, Denver citizens may well shell out $6 million to pay for a criminal alien to a criminal alien family after our police shot Valencia for his attack with a knife.

Not only was it “suicide by cop”, but the widow, through her lawyers, grabs for $6 million out Denver citizens’ pockets.  Maybe if Hickenlooper and Ritter would do their jobs, they might ask ICE to arrest and deport her.  She could carry on her suit from Mexico.

As Paul Harvey says, “And, that’s the rest of the story.

This three minute interview with Adam Schrager on “Your Show” May 4, 2008, NBC Channel 9 News, addresses the ramifications of adding 120 million people to USA in 35 years and six million people to Colorado as to water shortages, air pollution, loss of farmland, energy costs and degradation of quality of life.  In the interview, Frosty Wooldridge explains the ramifications of adding 120 million people to the USA in 35 years. He advances new concepts such as a “Colorado Carrying Capacity Policy”; “Colorado Environmental Impact Policy”; “Colorado Water Usage Policy”; “Colorado Sustainable Population Policy”.  Nationally, the USA needs a "National Sustainable Population Policy" to determine the carrying capacity of this nation for the short and long term.  Wooldridge is available for interviews on radio and TV having interviewed on ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN and FOX.
