Boxes of materials were removed as part of the raid, while Ritter's vehicles were searched. The FBI said the raid was part of an ongoing federal investigation. 

Ritter has caught the ire of the intelligence community through his vehement opposition to U.S. support for Ukraine in the war against Russia as well as Israel's genocide against the Palestinian population of Gaza.
