It appears that Fani Willis has failed to block a hearing into her alleged conflict of interest. Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee is quoted as saying "Because I think it's possible that the facts alleged by the defendant could result in disqualification, I think an evidentiary hearing must occur to establish the record on those core allegations."

…Willis and Wade have more to fear than disqualification if they knowingly filed false statements with the Court. Indeed, they can look to their own case on how such filings can result in bar or criminal charges.

It's refreshing to finally see justice being served against someone many of us thought was untouchable. It's clear that the judge is not finding anything amusing about this situation or what Fani's been up to.

Lawyer Mike Cernovich chimed in with Professor Turley on Fani's alleged lies and cover-up. Mike pointed out that Fani's actions actually fall under "RICO" territory, not the fake accusations being hurled against President Trump.
