A massive spending battle is brewing in Congress.

Conservatives ousted Kevin McCarthy from his role as Speaker for surrendering to Joe Biden and the Democrats on spending.

However, Speaker Mike Johnson has already caved in to the Swamp on several issues like funding for Biden's war in Ukraine and reauthorization of Section 702 of FISA, which allows the government to spy on American citizens without a warrant or due process.

And Mike Johnson recently cut a spending deal with Democrats in the current battle taking place in Congress.

House conservatives are fighting back, and on Wednesday they blocked a procedural rule in a protest vote against Johnson's compromise with Democrats.

On Tuesday, Senator Rand Paul appeared for an interview with Laura Ingraham on Fox News Channel.

At the end of the interview, Ingraham brought up the spending deal some Republicans are trying to cut with Schumer and the Democrats.
