At 9:46 PM Carolyn Carluccio had 763,873 votes in the state-wide race, but the tally showed only 377,722 votes for her; she lost to the Democrat candidate by 207,237 votes. Abortion and mail-in ballots were hot-button issues in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court election. There is no explanation for this mysterious drop of vote totals for Republican Carolyn Carluccio. These "glitches" favor Democrats.  It is impossible to lose votes in an honest election.
