Seed Crackers Vs. Cancer

I want to talk about using seed crackers vs. cancer. You would be justified in wondering what in the world a mixture of cheap ingredients from the health food store could have to do with preventing or fighting America's (and probably the world's) most feared disease.

Well, far more than you might imagine. First, seeds are an exceptionally healthy food. They contain fiber, monounsaturated fats, polyunsaturated fats and vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

Second, when you eat seed crackers you eat less bread and other wheat or other grains. This helps lower your blood sugar and therefore leaves less "food" for any cancer cells to consume.

I am sure I did not invent the use of seeds as a healthy food. The Old Testament (Genesis 1:29) reads:
