Disgraced influencer Andrew Tate said he is 'positive' as he left court in Romania today after making a fresh appeal against his extended house arrest.

Tate's arrest was already extended for another 30 days last month and the verdict on whether this would be extended again is due around midday tomorrow.

He told reporters outside the Bucharest court where he and his brother Tristan Tate made their appeal today: 'God has put us on this path to try and awaken the world to perhaps the predatory crime this girl likes to indulge in. 

'And, in the end justice shall be served. So, all in all we are very positive.'

The brothers were accompanied by bodyguards and their legal team as they walked out of the court.
