Biden faces threat of ANOTHER catastrophic rail strike as members of freight union reject labor deal

Two railroad unions have rejected a labor deal with the railroads, increasing the likelihood of a strike that could cause $2 billion a day in damage to the economy 

The Brotherhood of Railroad Signalmen said nearly 61 percent of the workers who voted opposed the five-year contract 

Over half of track maintenance workers represented by the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employees Division who voted opposed the contract

BMWED set a deadline of November 19 to get a deal done before a strike would take place, according to the union's Facebook page 

Union President Michael Baldwin - who endorsed Labor Secretary Marty Walsh, who helped broker the deal - cited the 'lack of good-faith bargaining'
