Judge Raymond Dearie has been named 'special master' by Trump-appointed judge Aileen Cannon 

He was one of two names put forward by Trump's team, and DOJ did not object

The judge has asked the Trump team to provide information about declassification

Trump lawyers said they don't want to reveal a possible 'defense'

At a hearing Tuesday he told Trump lawyers they couldn't 'have your cake and eat it, too'

He also scolded: 'You did bring a lawsuit,' when told they were not in a position to say whether Trump had classified the documents

Trump has claimed on social media that he declassified the material, but Trump's lawyers have declined to say so in legal filings under their names
