Governor Asks FCC Chair to "take immediate action as directed by the courts"...

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is supposed to protect Americans by regulating the telecom industry.  It has failed to do so for decades (see 1, 2) and this has led to several lawsuits filed against the regulatory agency.  In fact, last year, a federal court ruled in favor of organizations and petitioners that sued the FCC for NOT adequately protecting Americans from wireless radiation exposure from 5G and other sources of wireless.  Additionally, in 2019, telecom executives gave congressional testimony that they had NO scientific evidence that 5G is safe.  Despite the court ruling and the congressional testimony, the FCC (see 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13) as well as other government and state agencies and committees (see 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7) have continued to promote and fund 5G deployment and densification on land and in space as well as that of 4G and public Wi-Fi (which also poses known exposure risks).  Thanks to the governor of Wyoming for requesting that the FCC immediately update wireless safety regulations to ensure public safety.
