Elon Musk, 50, called himself a 'free speech absolutist' after he said he would not block Russian state media from Starlink internet satellites 

When he was challenged by a commenter who called Russian media 'propaganda,' he countered:  'All news sources are partially propaganda'

He sent a collection of Starlink antennas to Ukraine after the prime minister voiced concern that the country could lose internet access 

He also admitted that Starlink could be a target as it was the only 'non-Russian' system working in some parts of Ukraine
