The Wild Bunch is a place to explore subjects and solutions to centralized tyranny which are rarely if ever covered by the rest of the alternative media. Meaning, we talk about direct action measures along with more passive strategies.

It's a question that has long plagued the liberty movement: When is it time to drop measures of peaceful resistance and turn to the way of the gun in the face of an authoritarian takeover? Some people would say "never", but those people are usually cowards. Other will say we should have started shooting a decade ago, but this is equally foolish because all rebellion requires time and momentum, along with the right confrontational moment, much like the shooting war of the American Revolution was launched by the courageous militias making a stand at Lexington and Concord.

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau just announced national emergency plans that include freezing and stealing the bank accounts of vax mandate activists as retaliation, as well as issuing mass arrests of peaceful protesters. If this happened in the US under BIden or any other president hen I would say that it was time for patriots to gear up and get to work. I don't know what the Canadians will do, but such actions would mean rebellion and war here in the US.

But how does one know and determine which events call for an extreme response? When is peaceful resistance no longer practical? I would say that it is the moment that peaceful resistance becomes a clear path to defeat for freedom lovers. Sometimes you just have to accept that the authoritarians are not going to be deterred by mass non-compliance alone.
