Update (1322ET): In a stunning statement revealing his ignorance of the 2nd Amendment, lead prosecutor Thomas Binger asserted to the jury during closing arguments that "You lose the right to self-defense when you're the one who brought the gun," adding "When you're the one creating the danger. When you're the one provoking other people."
