Tech execs keep their children away from social media...

• Natural News - Arsenio Toledo

(Natural News) The increasing popularity of social media has led to more and more people around the world becoming depressed and feeling lonelier despite being connected to more people. The executives of tech and social media companies know about this and are keeping their families away from social media networks. But none of them are doing anything to help other people affected by constant social media use.

"Depressed and insecure about their value as human beings, the younger generations grow up knowing only digital imprisonment. Older users are trapped in polarized bubbles of political hate. As usual, the rich and powerful are the beneficiaries," wrote Tim Coles, associate researcher at the Organization for Propaganda Studies, for the magazine New Dawn.

The studies are clear in this regard. Constant social media use is making people feel lonelier than ever.
