Trump issued statements on Wednesday gloating over election chaos in NYC 

Election officials admitted 135,000 test ballots were mistakenly counted 

It came in the 11th round of ranked-choice voting as Eric Adams' lead shrank     

Adams led Kathryn Garcia 51.1% to 48.9% in the latest round of complex tallies

Trump claimed the chaos bolstered his claims of fraud in presidential election

'The New York City Election, even though an embarrassment and total mess, is far better and more accurate than my 2020 Presidential Election,' he said 

Adams also questioned 'irregularities' in the initial ranked choice voting results

His complaint of thousands of added votes appears to have sparked the review 

Tuesday's results led to elimination of AOC-backed liberal candidate Maya Wiley 

It is unclear if the 135,000 erroneous votes will affect Wiley's candidacy 

Most are said to have gone to candidates who have since been knocked out

Adams also received a substantial number of the test votes
