New Mexico Stands Up! is a non-partisan, volunteer-driven organization working to protect individual rights through public interest legal action, provide additional support to New Mexicans facing loss of health freedom, and educate the public about the reality of the declared public health emergency and their rights with regard to mandated medical interventions. 

We are united in our desire to preserve our civil liberties, to expose the misrepresentations surrounding the declared public health emergency, and to hold our elected leaders and government agencies accountable for their actions.

?On December 21, 2020, New Mexico Stands Up! filed a lawsuit in Federal District Court challenging the state of public health emergency in an effort to reclaim our state and free all New Mexicans from the governor's destructive overreaction to COVID-19. Meet our litigation team...

?Our legal team has also partnered with Ohio Stands Up! to file suit against the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for intentionally misleading the public about the dangers of COVID-19.
