How About a Beer or a Joint With Your Krispy Kreme Doughnut?

• Mercola.com

In conjunction with National Beer Day, Samuel Adams announced it is giving away a free beer in exchange for a COVID shot. There are just two conditions: While National Beer Day is April 7, 2021, the Samuel Adams free beer day will be April 12.

And, free beers will go only to the first 10,000 people to claim them. Oh — and to claim your free beer, you have to post "evidence" of your vaccination on social media.

A few days earlier, Krispy Kreme announced it's giving out free doughnuts for a year in exchange for showing your vaccine card. Not to be outdone, Michigan's Greenhouse of Walled Lake has partnered with UBaked to offer a free, pre-rolled joint — that's right, a marijuana cigarette — if you're at least 21 and show them your vaccination card.

Other businesses are offering free stuff too, if you get vaccinated, giving away anything from food and video games to Lyft and Uber rides. Be aware, though, that identity theft agencies are warning people not to post their vaccination cards on social media or you may end up with a drained bank account or other unwelcome "gifts" in your credit file.
