NWe believe that a federal investigation would reveal that the CDC irreparably compromised data quality during a time of public crisis through its apparent failure to follow established laws for changing the recording of COVID-19 mortality metrics.

NThe CDC's actions come with great costs to society. Had COVID-19 data not been manipulated, our state of emergency conditions and responses would have likely been vastly different, with far fewer negative consequences to the American public.
