The Democrats are coming for your guns (again). Joe Biden is planning to ban the importation of assault weapons via executive order and there are a number of gun control bills being prepared in the House. Democrats Al Green, Bobby Rush, and Sheila Jackson Lee are all working on bills.

The worst of the bunch would be Sheila Jackson Lee's HR 127 which is designed, "To provide for the licensing of firearm and ammunition possession and the registration of firearms, and to prohibit the possession of certain ammunition." They want to register your firearms. Incidentally, forcing people to register their weapons is also something near and dear to Joe Biden's heart. Biden has also called for forcing owners of assault weapons to register their weapons, and his campaign manager called for mandatory gun buybacks.
