The video shows two men standing near a street talking to protesters. After the gunshots, protesters can be heard screaming, with one person seemingly directing protesters who are armed to not return fire. Another protester can be heard in the video saying, "We're leaving, you don't have to get violent." One of the agitators appeared to have been hit in the face with some buckshot and was treated by a hospital and released.
Three men, including Frank Sensabaugh, are members of a Milwaukee Black Lives Matter group marching 800 miles to DC for a national commemoration of the 1963 civil rights March on Washington, and were arrested almost two weeks ago in Indiana after police said they were blocking traffic on a highway, walking at times in the right lane, with eight support vehicles traveling at walking speed.  Sensabaugh also filmed himself antagonizing a man in Akron, Ohio last week by repeatedly shouting "Black Lives Matter, white boy" and telling him, "We know where you live!"

The "protests" are provoking an anti-black reaction from the white community in the hopes of violence and bloodshed to elevate conflict to a race war that will lead to martial law.

A group of Milwaukee-based Black Lives Matter protesters who are marching to Washington D.C. were shot at Monday night as they crossed through Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania State Police confirmed Tuesday morning in a press release they are investigating the shooting.
