Rep. Raskin has introduced one of the most overreaching "Ghost Gun" bills in modern history. HR 7468 would ban the possession of any "firearms manufacturing device," including CNC mills, 3D-printers, etc. Under this legislation, only those with a manufacturing license would avoid prison time. However, this absurd bill goes a step farther by defining a firearm manufacturing machine as:

''(A) a device designed or redesigned, made or remade, and intended to be used primarily to make, or convert a product into, a frame or receiver for a firearm; and

''(B) any combination of parts designed or intended for use in making a device described in subparagraph (A) and from which such a device may be readily assembled.''
