An officer reported that small groups of people calling themselves sovereign citizens who, according to him, believe that the law does not apply to them, have baited police at checkpoints, and refused to provide their names and addresses. He said the police have had to smash their car windows and pull the people out so they could be compelled to identify themselves and prove they were 'doing the right thing' by obeying orders from the health agency. -GEG
