Canada was known as a country of peacekeepers, until the totalitarian tiptoe took it to war. As I understand it, within the US Constitution, only Canada can become part of the US. What if every other country in the world, except the US, through peace and acting appropriately (love thy neighbor) opts to become part of sovereign Canada, including England in a reverse takeover. Once the much larger Canada has the US surrounded, the US invokes its constitutional provision. Given a yes votes for all of the above, the world becomes the United Sovereign States - the 33 rd star nation; and our first spaceship will be the USS Enterprise.
