Josh Sigurdson reports on the recent news that Pompeo and Trump are both "looking into" banning TikTok following a multitude of privacy concerns regarding the Chinese government.

While it's true that these apps are absolutely terrible and used as propaganda tools by governments around the world, the government expects us to believe that this is an issue of us vs. them. The fact however is that the US government has been propping up China as a super power for a long time and that this story is largely a distraction from the large scale operation the US government and China has with social media networks including Facebook as well.
